As orders are usually sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail.

If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay.

On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping cost will be covered by buyer, only cost of products is subject of refundation.
